  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50 or more via EMS, with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Includes basic tracking.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-sized trees (10′ and taller) and personalized decorations cannot be returned unless defective.

• Exchanges: For exchanges to a different tree size (within the standard 1-2½’ to 7-7½’ range), follow the return process and specify the desired size. We will ship the replacement once the original is received, adjusting for any price differences.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost, and return shipping for defects is covered by us.
