All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Includes package tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders of $50 or more
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Please Note: We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Roman Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products, just as Roman artisans stood behind their craftsmanship. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns policy ensures a resolution worthy of our Roman standards.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Products in unused condition with original tags and packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature and shipping considerations, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-sized trees (particularly our premium 10′ and taller collections)
  • Personalized decorations

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Submit Request: Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your return/exchange request
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Ship Item: Package the item securely with all original materials and include the RA number
  5. Send to: Roman Shop Returns, 2245 Post Farm Road, Atlanta, US 30303

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different tree size (from our standard 1-2½’ to 7-7½’ range):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state the desired alternative size in your request
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive the original item
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Appearance on Statement: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your holiday decoration arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
  • Return shipping for defective items is covered by Roman Shop
